can pentium 4 th 2*3.2 ghz will run on msi h61m p20 g3 mobo...and corsair 4gb daul channel memory also ..thnaxxxx in adance plzzzzz helpppp...plz plz plz

That CPU and That mobo are two different sockets, so no, it will not work. As for the dual channel memory, it has to be DDR3 in order to fit on that mobo.
I would get a Pentium G or an i3 to fit on that mobo.
