Simple question, what is the setup necessary on both a Win7 PC and an android phone to allow the Win7 PC to be used as a speakerphone for the android phone (in other words, you use the microphone and speaker of the PC to talk in lieu of the phone itself)?
When I go to Control Panel > Devices, and double click on the phone, I do not get Bluetooth Device Control panel to pop up, as per other web page suggestions.
