Razer Game booster

I have a r9 280x and i5 4670k but which should run League of Legends at max correct? but I can only do this with Razer Game Booster, when I don't use booster, keeps saying display stop responding then recovered. What's happening?

My build is practically new, and i disabled loads of things on msconfig, so how can this be? :S

are your GPU drivers up to date? You have a new computer but dont mean the drivers are the most recent.
