Will this build run BF4 on ultra at 1080p?

So I saw this video on youtube, the link is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUMPURLn5sU
Now look at the settings in the video, he his running at 60 fps? My build is
ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
8GB of Crucial Ballistix Tactical 240-Pin DDR3 RAM
AMD FX 6300 Six Core CPU
Radeon R9-270X 2GB GDDR5 Overclocked edition
Western Digital 500GB Hardrive at 7200RPM
CORSAIR CX series CX500 500W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply
NZXT Source 210 Elite ATX Mid Tower Case (White).
Will that be the same?

CPU is fine, especially with a good cooler and mild OC. Something like a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO and 4.4-4.5GHz will be plenty. Nothing crazy.

GPU will be the bottleneck here. You'll need a pair of R9-270s in crossfire or a single R9-290 to get to your goal.

If you already have one R9-270, just add a second. If you're building from scratch, bump the GPU up.
