Hello everyone, I am about to upgrade my GPU to either a GTX 770 or GTX 780 and some people brought to my attention that my PSU is really crappy. So I'd like to upgrade to a new PSU, (I was told Corsair TX series are very good) but I don't know much about computers or how to build them. I'm looking at newegg for Corsair TX power supplies but I see so many different versions and could use some guidance on what I should get. Thanks!

Thanks for all the help everyone. If i go the Corsair route, should i get the 750watt for an extra ten bucks? That way i'll have extra power if i decide to install another HDD or SSD. Or do you think 650 watts is plenty for anything I may add?

550w is enough for GTX 780. HDD takes about max 10w SSD 2-3w so
550-650 is fine. 750w can do SLI or CF

If you go corsair way look new RM
