Might want to change that PSU.

Get the retail version of Windows 8.1, it's full version, comes in either 32 or 64 and the license can be transfer from one
one computer to the other. Difference is $10 between retail and OEM

+1 to the PSU, although newer games are being more heavily threaded, if you plan on keeping this build for 3+ years then the 4770K is a solid choice. Great build. I would suggest putting the GPUs under water later on though as you could GREATLY increase their performance and cut your temps in half.

Well, both PSU's are very high end. I don't see a reason to buy the RM instead of the one I've choosen. But do you think I should buy another case?

the guts or the RM series are higher quality than the cooler master ones and as for the case its mainly personal preferance (If it were me, I'd swap it out with an air 540 or 750D)

Norway sux! Graphic cards costs like 30% more o.e
But I was wondering if surround is worth it. I've looked on steelseries siberia elite, and I'am thinking to buy it. Will it help in Battlefield 4?

Surround sound isn't just worth it for BF4, it's worth it for almost everything from games, to music, and movies.
The specs you configured is good. just switch the PSU to a Corsair and all these accessories can be bought later on.
Time to order and start building it.
