I finally found a GPU i want, but the Power Supply requirements say that i need MINIMUM 750w, and many other dudes say that 500-600w is okay, what is right??

And thanks to everybody who have answered my questions :)

The manufacturer recommend wattage is to ensure that even the most poorly designed PSU can support the video card. The wattage they recommend is invariably way beyond what you actually need in a well-designed PSU.

550w in a good PSU is more than enough for any single-GPU system. 750 watts can easily support 2 GPU's. I personally run a 750w seasonic PSU with 2 GTX 670's and an overclocked 3570k - my system pulls 530w under full load torture tests.

a good quality 500w PSU will handle that card flawlessly..if you can afford psu with gold certification, it'll better.

Minimum recommendation from graphics card vendor usually to accommodate the heaviest user..like using waterpump for water cooling, many hard drives etc.
