Is this PSU a piece of trash?

Ive had a couple problems with my brand new comp shutting down out of nowhere, it starts back up fine and only happened twice but I now learned it could possibly be the PSU. The computer I got was SUPPOSED to be a gaming computer which, it wasnt, everything was cheap, I think the guy just buys these bundle packs online puts them together, and flips them for a profit, but anyways.. here is my PSU http://www.pjcomputers.net/logisysps480d480w2024pinswitchingatxpowersupply.aspx

and here are my specs

CPU- AMD A8 5600k
GPU- Geforce GT 520
MEMORY- 6gb DDR3 (1 2gb, 1 4gb)
MOBO- BIOSTAR A55ML2
OS- Win 7 64bit
