dell precision 690 motherboard front panel pin order?

Only got the precision 690 inner things (no case). The front panel pins have no names so how do I know which is which? Need to know which ones to short-circuit to boot the thing?

Unfortunately, there is no Service Manual on Dell site for this workstation, so your options are to try out.
- disconnect from power supply
- Using an ohm-meter, figure out which pin(or pins) is connected to ground
- Connect power supply, and with volt-meter, check whether any of the pins has 3.3/5V
- Finally - avoiding powered pins, try to short ground to any remaining pin.
