Could I be able to play Battlefield 4 on ultra with these?

I'm upgrading my old PC and I don't have much money for it and I want to play BF4 on 1080p Ultra 30+ fps.

Ram: G.Skill NT Value 2x4Gb DDR3 1600Mhz

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B85-HD3 Intel B85 4xDDR3 CrossFireX Socket 1150

GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 650Ti OC 2GB DDR5 2xDVI VGA HDMI PCIe

CPU: Intel i5-4570 3,2 Ghz Socket 1150

No. The 650ti is going to get you 15-20fps MAX at ultra.

You can play at 30+ fps but if your wanting a solid 60+ fps you would have to upgrade to around a 770.

In the only graph there it shows the GTX650Ti at 19fps max! So why say 30?
