I have an Asus K601 Laptop that I have had for a few years. I checked the stats under control panel and it said that I had 4 gb of Ram. When I popped the back of the laptop off, removed the ram, the stick is only for 2 gb. After putting everything back together, my computer now only reads 2 gb. Anybody have a idea of what was going on?
