Battlefield 3 causing BSOD

I've been getting BSODs while playing BF3 and Planetside 2. I changed my RAM, GPU, HDD, but it still happens to me. Could it be CPU or Motherboard? Please help.

Well, i get different messages, but mostly i get 0x0000124 "The system encountered an uncorrectable hardware error" , and 0x0000101 "A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor".
Btw, my CPU isn't clocked. GPU drivers are up to date, temps are 60-62 celsius while playing

It still happens. I have changed my RAM, GPU and HDD, but nothing solved my problem. My friend told me it could be my CPU. I think that fx-4130 can run BF3 on High settings, but i have to play on low/medium because i get bad fps when i set it higher
