Okay, so the last couple of weeks my pc has been getting into the habit of shutiing off at random events.

So ive cleaned everything out, stripped it out and assembled it back together again, system restore, and so much more others things.

However, some times it will work a charm and not have the issue but just now ive turned everything off in my bedroom and just my pc and monitor is At the moment and has been on longer than its has all day. So my question is, could electric around the house affect my pc or is this just a fluke and the problem lies in the hardware?

It could be either or. If I were you though I would check the outlet to make sure that its not the outlet and then it would narrow it down to being pc related. Outlet testers are cheap http://www.musiciansfriend.com/pro-audio/american-recorder-technologies-ground-fault-outlet-receptacle-tester?source=3WWRWXGP&gclid=CL_ooba63boCFQto7AodxyYARQ&kwid=productads-plaid%5e57300753907-sku%5e330266000744000@ADL4MF-adType%5ePLA-device%5ec-adid%5e30426431907
I use to use one of those to test outlets when I worked for dish network. its fine as long as no red light appears. If you get a red light then DO NOT use the outlet and contact an electrician.
