Yes. You shouldn't be able to see any difference in the two. They are the same exact card. Only difference is one is made by Sapphire the other by Msi. Both of with are trustable brands. So it doesn't really make sense to spend $20 more on the same card.

You should have no problem playing any of the current games out there on High/Ultra, as long as your not planning on playing them on really high resolutions you'll be fine. The rig should be up to date for a few years at least.
