Symantec Ghost cannot see my hard drive

Hey guys,

I've been working with symantec ghost for a while and never had any problems, until I was told to create an image of a HP laptop running Windows 7 and push that image to about 20 other laptops. I've cloned several machines with Ghost and was always successful, however when I try to clone this laptop it doesn't recognize my hard drive so I have nothing to make an image of. It only sees the USB bootdisk and OS volumes. I have tried pulling an image over the network but it fails because there is no drive to clone. I can't figure out why ghost doesn't see the hard drive, does anyone have any ideas as to how I can fix this issue?

Thanks,
Kyle

I see no storage settings, the only thing that looks to close to what you say is SATA device mode, in which case it's set to RAID. There are only 3 tabs in the BIOS (File, Security, Sys Config)

It won't be under file or security and the items under sysconfig that are relevant are:
Device Config (Where i see the SATA device mode)
Built-in Device Options
Port Options
AMT Options
