How to solve windows boot problem

How can I solve my windows boot problem.
When I switch my laptop on Its telling me '' Windows Boot Manager ''
File / Boot / BCD
Status oxcoooooeg
Info; An unexpected I/o error has occurred
Hope some advise to get my laptop up and running again would be most welcome

If I were you, I would put my Windows DVD into the drive and restart the computer.

I might have to go into BIOS to change the boot order so that the DVD drive is the first boot device.

When the disk started, I would attempt to reinstall to see how far I can get.

If I got to the screen where I can choose the target partition for the Windows installation and my hard drive was listed there then at least I would know that the drive isn't quite dead yet.

Otherwise...

The drive could have become un-secured inside the case.

Or the drive could be in SATA heaven, if it was a good drive.

It is also possible that the partition was damaged and it might be possible to still use the drive but that would require a clean install.

See if the Windows disk get you access to the drive then take it from there.
