My friend Is needing a new laptop and can spend £450 max. He will be using it to play minecraft and perhaps some steam games (TF2 and civilisation 5). I am wondering if there are any laptops that can play those games at decent settings.
This was one I was looking at:

He cannot get a desktop pc unfortunately. He does not plan to carry his laptop anywhere so portability and battery life is not an much of an issue. 15.6" would be the preferred screen size
