I currently have a Engenius EUB9603H. With a RTL8188SU Chipset

It worked decently for about a year, now I get half the reception I used to. It used to pick up about 20 networks, now it can only see 4-5.(currently upgraded to a new motherboard, and it went crazy sometime after that. even tried a reformat/reload of windows 7 x64, and no change)

Well, I am in the market to buy another Wifi adapter preferably USB but I am open to suggestions. I do some WARDRIVING so Range is the most important, and I play video games online, so stability is key. Most of the networks I come across are Wireless N. So I am interested in a Wireless N adapter with the best range.

Right now I am leaning toward this adapter:

http://www.amazon.com/Alfa-AWUS036NHR-High-Gain-Wireless-N-Strongest/dp/B005ETA5K2

wich has a RTL8188RU chipset.

As for an antenna I am fine, I currently have a 15dbi yagi.

Any thoughts of what the best out there may be?

Both of these are bad for my needs, and have horrible reviews on other sites.

Go with the Alfa, probably the best bang for your buck.
