Hello everyone, i have just purchased a thermaltake water 2.0 extreme to replace a stock fan from my gaming computer. everything went well with mounting, fan connectors until the usb connector to the motherboard. after installing the radiator, i installed the "Fan Control Software" that came along with the product. when i open the software it says, "Cannot connect to fan control device. check usb connection on device and restart the fan control application"
im pretty sure i plugged it in correctly which is "USB4_5" in the mother board. i have a asrock z87 extreme4 as motherboard
when i took a look at the device manager, there is an exclamation on "other devices" and "690LC"
Should be concerned about this ? or just leave the way it is.
