Screen Tearing Issue

So I've been having a screen tearing issue lately and can't figure out the problem. I have tried multiple things such as using different monitors/cords, re-installing drivers, changing GPU settings(V-sync, triple buffering, etc.)I've even tried taking my GPU out and using my MOBO on-board graphics and still get tearing. Please help!


EDIT: I tried using one of my friend old GPU's and I still get the tearing. So that eliminates the GPU problems. I did another fresh install of all the drivers too.

With all the default settings theres still tearing. Could it have anything to do with the MOBO or power supply? My power supply isnt the nicest brand.

It does not have another slot, but I did try the onboard graphics and it still happens.

Alright I'll try that as soon as I get home and tell you how it goes.
