we have tried disconnecting all other sata devices including hdd's and so on( not the dvd reader ofc)

we have tried disabling smart modes and so on, we have tried everything we could find on any formum and we are running in ACHI mode( think it was called that)

hes using a Asus maximus VI formula motherboard if that helps in any way

we also tried disconnecting the USB 2 and USB 3 hubs, heard that might couse a problem. but it didnt help, i bet there is something in the BIOS or something

Secure Erase the SSD to restore it to a blank, fresh-out-of-the-box condition.
See page 3-50 of your motherboard manual for instructions on how to SE your SSD.

Also FYI, your motherboard has 10 SATA 3 (6Gb/s) ports.
Connect your SSD to one of the Intel 6Gb/s ports, not to one of the ASMedia 6Gb/s ports.

Also, after you SE the SSD you don't have to format it. Let Windows format the drive automatically during the installation process.
