It doesn't work that way... A task only uses a certain amount of memory, and if the memory it uses is faster it will always be faster. Having 5million GB of memory won't help if your computer is only using 5gb, a computer with 6gb of memory that is faster will still be faster. memory running at 667 mhz you listed is half as fast as the slow ddr3 (1333 mhz) so it will do all memory related activities half as fast (roughly)
additionally where does one find a motherboard that will hold 32 separate memory sticks? ddr to my knowledge only ever came in 1gb sticks max.
Also any computer using ddr is only going to be 32bit, which generally only uses 4gb maximum
