which could i run more 1080p monitors on, for gaming, on gamies like battlefield 3/4 and the new batmans, and crysis 2/3, and call of duties.
x2 7950s cross fire or x2 gtx 780s sli?

GTX 780 SLI will be much more powerful and much more expensive than 7950 CrossFire. For 1080p gaming, 7950 CrossFire will be more than enough power, provided that the cards scale properly.
