Ok, I'm building a computer and I want to know if anything is causing lots of bottlenecking and if anything is missing or should be changed.
Here are the specs:
CPU: AMD FX 8320 3.5Ghz 8 Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master RR-H101-22FK-RA 30.0 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
RAM: G.Skill Ares Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
GPU: GIGABYTE GV-R929XD5-4GD-B Radeon R9 290X 4GB 512-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready Video Card
Wireless Network Adapter: TP-Link TL-WN722N 802.11b/g/n USB 2.0 Wi-Fi Adapter
Case: Cooler Master Storm Enforcer ATX Mid Tower Case
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 650W 80 PLUS Gold Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 - OEM (64-bit)

Is there anything? And do I need a sound card?
Also, because I want a high end desktop, wouldn't I want a 120hz monitor, if so, where is good place to look for one?

Thanks for any help.

Solution

1) If you like the GA MB, change the MB to Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5, because the UD3 has problem with FX8 series cpu, like overheat, and I don't know GA fit those or not.
2) The cpu cooler is too too small for the fx8320, get the CM hyper 212evo or XIGMATEK Dark Knight II SD1283, or other 120mm size cooler.
3) et the 700W PSU for safety, because the R9 290X will use 330W for the GPU only.
