nvidia 550 ti or amd 6770

Solution

I owned HD 6770, and I can only say that it was a beast! I was able to overclock the core from 775 MHz to 1000 MHz and the memory from 1000 to 1400 MHz and it worked like that for an year and a half without any problems what so ever (no lag, no freezing, everything is as smooth as it can get and the performance is nice). I could fully max out Battlefield 3 with it at 1920x1200 without any problems what so ever, getting 30 FPS stable! Now I have 2 x 7870 GHz, but I'll never forget the brave 6770, it really is a red dragon!

I'm currently running on a 550 ti as my 7970 turned up and was DOA. It runs everything okay, on low graphics though. I don't even know of anywhere that sells the 550 TI anymore, most have taken it off their sites.
