I am wondering whether I should crossfire my 7950 or go with a r9 290
My system is as follows:
i7 3770k not overclovked
Thermaltake SMART Series SP-750M 750W power supply(62 amp +12v rail)
MSI 7950 Twin Frozr III overclocked at 1.2v 1150/1475
16gb 1333mhz 4x4
Gigabyte Z77X-D3H

My current display is VE247H 23.6" Widescreen LED Monitor. However I plan to eventually upgrade to one of the following:
VS278Q-P 27" Full HD LED Monitor
VG248QE 24" 144Hz Gaming LED Monitor
MX279H 27" Widescreen LED Monitor
All of these are only 1920x1080 displays which is why i decided against the 290x all together but I'm not sure if that means rule out the 290(no x) as well. And if I do go with the 7950tf3 crossfired, then is the 62 amp rail on my 750w thermaltake enough to support crossfire? Also any other suggestions would be welcome, maybe there is a better choice i'm unaware of. Btw, the gtx 780 is still out of my price range otherwise it would be my choice i believe.

This list is not for 1080 although I guess the 1080 list would be similar with higher fps. With that said is my power supply enough to handle crossfired 7950s

This is a 1200 and 1600p list, so you should expect the 1080p results being similar to the 1200p ones. You won't have absolutely no trouble running 2 x 7950 in CF with your 750W PSU, since I am running 2 x 7870 in CF on a 600W PSU and had absolutely no problems what so ever in all the games I played.. My 1600W PSU arrives tomorrow!
