I have a budget of around £1500 to spend on a Gaming PC maybe a little bit more but i would rather not but if its £100 i wouldn't say no.

Location: UK
Overlocking: Possibly, still would like the option.
Crossfire/SLI : Not fussed just want the fastest possible.
OS: Not needed.
Order of what i use the computer in according importance: Gaming/LiveStreaming/Browsing/Photoshop maybe

I basically do have an idea of a system which is this, but i am not sure if i maybe bought 2 670's or 2 770's or something along them line if it would be faster than a single GTX 780ti.

Build i have in mind -

By the way i will be gaming on a single or possibly dual 1080p monitors, more than likely dual. Possibly upgrading to a single 1440p monitor in the next 6 months or so.

All suggestions are welcome and oppinions on the system i already have in mind are apreciated to.

Cheers.

if you are dabbling in Photoshop you may want 16gb RAM, Love the case, they really do make the most amazing cases NZXT. for gaming you don't really need a 4770K you could get by fine with a 4670K but if you have the money. Damn that mobo is good. yeah anyway looks like a nice build although I think you should probably switch out the cpu cooler for a closed loop watercooling or a Phanteks

Really doubt i will go onto photoshop, could always add the extra ram in later i suppose. Most people that the cooler master hyper 212 evo is a good enough cooler for the i7 4770k? Is it necessary to go to the water cooler?

For an i7 I think an H100i is more efficient. This isn't a mid end build dude this is high end because you go the best video card out right now and an i7 too. If you are doing some editing then I suggest a bigger or second hard drive. For livestreaming you might want to consider an 8350 but if gaming is a higher priority then your i7 is fine. You might also want to look for some 80+ silver or gold modular power supply because modular would make your case look neater and Gold or Silver is more efficient than Bronze

And mcdonh he does need an i7 or else his 780 ti may be bottlenecked.

EDIT

to your new post water cooling will be better and you WILL experience some high temps with just an air cooler.

LGA 1150 will probably last another generation like the 1155. Your video card is top of the line and won't be outdated in a while. The only thing you should replace soon is the RAM because the RAM standards are going to be higher now especially with Ghosts (deliberately) needing 6gb.

1 year 6 months minimum.

blah blah, ok I agree he may need a petter psu, the H100i is loud you would be better of with the phantecs cooler and it doesn't get high temps even with overclocking really. finally the i5 will NOT bottleneck a 780ti

I put a better modular PSU in that is Gold but just less watts because it says it only used 450ish anyways so 750 should be enough? And i changed it to a H100i watercooling.

Would this be decent for awhile for a dual 1080p monitors?

Yeah that looks good and 750w should be fine.

mcdonh he has some high end parts so he isn't really wasting any money buying and i7. It will have an improvement in games and other applications. And if he is (and he probably is) overclocking the 780 ti then the i7 would handle it better than an i5. And with all his other parts I don't think the OP will care if it's loud.

yeah the i7 is ok but if he needed some money for other upgrades it would be fine. I personally have a $3000 gaming PC and it is a quite as a mouse, love it, I suppose its my opinion but I find it really annoying to have fan noise while I'm gaming/working

10,000 Jesus Christ you could make the messiah of Gaming PC's with that in fact I might have trouble making a cost effective PC for that, if you have that much money then get Dual 780ti's and all the works
