I am sure the forums has seen these type threads a lot recently so ill try to make it quick and painless lol
So a little background.. Now that the new consoles are coming out, I am faced with the decision on whether I want to stay with consoles or finally make the switch to pc gaming. I would ultimately like to go with the gaming pc route and that is why i am here. I do not have much knowledge in building computers but I have the will to learn.
I would like a rig in the range of $650 that would allow me to play shooters, rts and rpg games on relatively high/max settings. This will be used for games only as well. After doing some research, i think i have found a setup that would work for me. let me know what you guys think. pls critique where its necessary.. What kind of games could i expect to play on this and what kind of settings/fps
