Ok so my hardware goes like this

Motherboard: Asus M5 A97 R2.0
Graphics: XFX r7950 core edition 3gb GDDR5
CPU: AMD FX 8350 black edition 4:0ghz 18mb cache
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 2x4gb ddr3 ram
Storage: 120gb SSD 1tb HDD
Cooling: cpu: corsair H55 , 3x 120mm fans (not including radiator and GPU fan)
Power: CoolerMaster Extreme 2 525 Input Voltage 110-120 / 220-240 Vac Input Current 10 / 5A

This makes no sense, I saw the system requirements for bf4 and my gear beats the recommended requirements, but everytime I play bf4 on ultra even medium/high, framerate drops to a point where I can see, approx 25/30fps. any reasons, why, this is a serious issue, please help, btw, this thing is like less than a month old but it runs pretty loud, very loud but decent temps.

does it crash all the time? Can you play it at all?
BF4 is quite broken with widely reported issues and crashes. Mine often crashes when loading the next map.

The XFX 7950 are notoriously bad for getting hot. I had 2 of the DD versions and couldn't get rid of them quick enough. Over 95C on the core and 90C on the rear of the PCB. The air being sucked into the top one was at 55C casing issues. Make sure you have a free slot between them and try to put some sort of Perspex divider between them to stop the heat being sucked into the top one. Then have a large fan blowing directly across them from the rear.
Mine couldn't run flat out without overheating, the cooler was easily overwhelmed.
I now have the ICEq turbo 7950 which barely get hot, even with a 1040MHz o/c. At 1130, they do get up to 80ish, but nowhere near as bad as the stock XFX.

nah really not that hot, but I can understand what you mean, the thing crashes whenever I overclock even a bit, it shows low temps but I can feel the heat, very hot, should I trade it or sell it and buy a new one? can I?

sorry, I misread your last sentence and thought they were getting hot too. If your happy with the temps, then don't worry. I found mine with 2 fans to be noisy and hot, so I'm guessing one fan will be noisier. You may not be able to o/c without raising the voltage too, but that'll raise the heat. If you can feel heat, that might be a good thing as the cooler's doing it's job to get it off the GPU. There are better coolers, but might not be worth losing money to change.
