Well I mistakenly bought this thinking it was an upgrade from Win 7 to 8 (it was really early and I was tired). So now I have an unused code and no purpose for this software. I was going to sell it to a friend who was looking to upgrade to Win 8 Pro from Win 8 and primarily for the Office Suite. I didn't want to sell it without knowing if it was in there or not. Based on the description of the product, it doesnt seem like you get a whole lot for 100 dollars.

Seeing as Windows 7 Ultimate is about 150+ still and doesn't come with it either I say you get quite a lot for the price
