Of course man! Although graphics cards are more importand in a Pc system . But I have to tell you if you plan to overclock you should probably consider the 'k' series and I wouldn't go i7 4th gen cause it's a lot of money and you won't see any noticable differences in gameplay, not worth it just for gaming .
