Hey guys,

My computer:
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 670 OC
Antec trupower 750w
Kingston KHX1600C9D3T1K2 8gb
i5 3570k (stock clock)
Gigabyte GTX 670 OC
Gigabyte Z77X-D3H

The situation is whenever I'm playing a game, the time varies, but the game freezes. The video stops and the audio just repeats on a really fast loop. I assumed over heating but I ran HWMonitor and all the numbers seem normal to me. Ill attach a screenshot of the last time it froze. Thanks in advance.

My best guess now would be:
a) graphics card, or
b) motherboard

You'll have to find another graphics card to test.

Or:
- shut down
- remove graphics card
- hookup to motherboard (use iGPU in the CPU)
- stress test (benchmark)

If things are stable with the iGPU it doesn't necessarily mean it's your graphics card, but it's more likely. You can also try testing that graphics card in another computer if you can find one compatible on a friend's PC.

No, I just assembled the parts and installed OS/Drivers. I should add this happened a while back with battlefield 3 and older drivers. So I ruled out a driver issue, seeing as I've had a couple updates now and same problems persist.

Did as you asked, it passed with no errors. Test was running for about an hour.
