every time i re install my pc gameit says xinput3_1.dll error

Search 'xinput3_1.dll' in google.
Find the site named www.dll-files.com in the search.
Go to the website.
Scroll down and you will see "Download Zip-file".
click on it and you will get the file in no time.
Extract the files to the folder where you have installed the game.
If you find similar files missing you can do the similar way.

This usually indicates a DirectX error. I recommend you reinstall the entire DirecX packages. For DirectX9c (the older package used by many current games): http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=34429 and for the latest:http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17431. I am betting it is the 9c version that is damaged. But download and install both. GL

That was a very vague question, and a simple GOOGLE of xinput3_1.dll tells us that it is a keyfile in DirectX and that there is a problem. So it sounds like you need to download DirectX from microsoft, run it to install it (should autofix the issue) and if it still occurs, have you considered looking to the PC GAME MAKERS WEBSITE FOR SUPPORT? Maybe you need a updated copy of the Game? Maybe they just suck in making games (there been a few like that).
