Looking for a cpu for graphic works

Graphics works? i assume you mean video editing, 3D modeling, rendering, animating etc? in that case go with AMD FX-8350, and overclock that for best performance.
Many of those programs like photoshop, maya, zbrush, blender etc utilize multiple cores, so AMD is better in that department. Dont get a weak graphic card either, youll want your CPU and GPU to me similarly matched
