So my PC can't run bf4 on high without huge framedrop, but according to the sys. Req. It should, it also crashes when I oc

Motherboard: Asus M5 A97 R2.0
Graphics: XFX r7950 core edition 3gb GDDR5
CPU: AMD FX 8350 black edition 4:0ghz 18mb cache
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 2x4gb ddr3 ram
Storage: 120gb SSD 1tb HDD
Cooling: cpu: corsair H55 , 3x 120mm fans (not including radiator and GPU fan)
Power: CoolerMaster Extreme 2 525 Input Voltage 110-120 / 220-240 Vac Input Current 10 / 5A

This is my build, any solutions, I hear ppl with worst hardware run ultra at like 40fps
 
Solution
That setup should get great fps(60+) on a single 1080p monitor. It could be a driver/firmware issue. Update everything you can and try again.

I guess I shouldn't have said overclock, just to make it run games at a reasonable framerate, but I too feel like my psu isn't that good, my monitor is a 23" hp xii 1080p rez
