Domain DNS IP issue

Hi,

My issue is that the user in the organization has resigned. So i deleted his domain user and computer from the primary domain controller. After that a replacement joined in and so a new domain user was created but when using the same IP as the old left user. The mail server and other shares are not connecting. So a new IP was configured and everything works perfectly. Could not find the source of the issue Any help would be much appreciated.

Well generally the first rule of thumb is to not delete things. Second, a user has nothing to do with an IP address.

What exactly is the issue you're asking about?

The Issue is when i replace the user in the domain the IP gets blocked. Say user 1 has 60.73 as an ip .. user 1 goes.. i replace him with user2 with the same ip. but the ip gets blocked and nothing works. if i change the user ip to say 60.74 then everything works perfectly.
