I have the Gigabyte one and its not only just fine its Superb.
Low noise fans even at 100% usage with Msi Afterburned.
BF4 on Ultra without any problem

I agree with 3dns, go with the Gigabyte 760 as it runs cool and is clocked higher and performs better than the asus 760 gaming wise.
Although, the asus 760 is pretty great at power efficiency and fits pretty much in any case that allows a graphics card. It also runs slightly cooler than the gigabyte 760 according to some reviews.

i don't know what to say i thought that because of the 3 fans it would be noisy.... bf4 on ultra? with what fps?
