1.cleanup your disk for unused files using windows disk cleanup on every partition specially on the partition where you have installed windows.
2.Defragment your all partitions using windows disk defragmentor.
3.go to run type msconfig go to boot tab reduce timeout from 30 to 3 seconds.
4.go to startup tab unselect the applications that u don't want to start automatically with windows this will increase speedup.
