I am trying to build a gaming pc with my friend we have 270x and this case http://raidmax.com/chassis/super_viper.html soo i was thinking of buying an fx 6300 and i need your help,is there an AM3+ motherboard which can max out that 270x and not break the bank ? And should we go with 535W PSU or 635 W (modular from Raidmax) ?

The R9 270x uses a PCIE 3.0.
The FX 6300 only has PCIE 2.0 interface.
>>> Though backward compatible, it just means it won't be running as fast. However, the differences may be only be a couple of FPS. Most higher end graphics card don't even utilize all of the PCIE 3.0 potential. But really, I do not see this as a problem - don't sweat.

ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX/GEN3 R2.0 AM3+ >>> This MOBO is compatible with AM3+ socket and has PCIE 3.0. But reallllly pricey, this is if you want to fully max out. Instead I would suggest the following below...

Intel Setup:
CPU: Intel Core i5 4670 Haswell 1150 (no overclocking) >>> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Motherboard: Asus H87-Pro LGA 1150 >>> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Or something a little bit cheaper:
CPU: Intel Core i5 3470 Ivy Bridge 1155 >>> http://pcpartpicker.com/mr/newegg/intel-cpu-bx80637i534...
Motherboard: Asus P8H77-I LGA 1155 >>> http://pcpartpicker.com/mr/newegg/asus-motherboard-p8h7...

I know but that would break our budget i think we can go up to 250$ max for cpu and mb (and that is limit)

Yep, I'd go with that. Don't worry about the PCIE 2.0 and 3.0 difference, it's hardly much. BUT, the PSU that you gave is NOT good, from reviews it is listed under Tier 5 brand and not recommended (http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx)

So I would agree and suggest this:
CPU: FX 6300
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R 2.0 AM3+
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12G 550W 80 PLUS

You'll be set!

I recommend ASRock Fatal1ty Z87 Killer together with a PentiumG 3320 (mobo+cpu). You can of course add an i3 but an upgrade to an i5 is cheaper with the pentium is therefore a better investment

I think the Pentium G3320 may bottleneck the R9 270x.

True but it's within the budget and a better way to upgrade later; upgrading from i3 to i5 is good but more expensive than from a pentium

Ok now we have solution for mb ,but there in my country there are only this brands Raidmax ,Chieftec,Cooler Master,LC Power and Thermaltake and i think that in that price range only Raidmax and Thermaltake are modular. And we might do some over clocking in future so is 500W enough or should we jump on 600W ?

I recommend that you build an intel haswell pc because you can upgrade your processor when you have enough money. #JustSaying
