Hi

This is my first pc build and all has been running smoothly for the past month. Just recently when I am gaming the pc without warning reboots. I have tried to work out the problem by turning off the automatic restart on system failure in windows to see if I get an error message but there is nothing. I have ran a CPU test with OCCT which made the pc reboot when the CPU reached 67 degrees. When I ran the test again on the GPU the pc rebooted at 57 degrees. I have run a memory test and everything is ok. This has lead me to believe its the PSU has anyone else got any ideas? as I dont want to buy a new PSU. Could it be something else? am I missing something? All of my drivers are up to date, my case is free from dust and I have plenty of fans in my case.

My Specs are

CPU - AMD 6100 3.4Ghz
RAM - 8Gb 1600 mhz
Motherboard - ASUS M5A78L-M
GPU - ASUS GTX650TI dual fan
PSU - Corsair CX750 builder series
128 gb samsung SSD

Your CPU has a max temp at 62, and you shouldn't even be at 60. 55c is somewhere you should be. Your system reboots simply because your CPU is overheating.
This can't be your PSU at all. Try to dust off everything in your PC and check the temps again. If this isn't helping you should get a new cooler, Coolermaster Hyper 212 evo is definitely a best bang for the buck. You will see a huge decrease in temps. But first, try dusting it off, and you should also reapply thermal paste on your CPU.

If that is the case why did the pc reboot when the GPU hit 57 degrees? at the same time the CPU was only in the 30's.

Ill have a look and reapply the thermal paste and order a new fan.

Try to dust off and re-apply paste before purchasing anything. If it still persists, you could re-install windows, it could likely be a software problem than hardware. After you've done those things, run a memtest afterwards and see if it fails there.
Troubleshooting is the key here.
