This is my spec :

GTX 770 SLI
core i7 950 @ 3.9 Ghz
Ram 6Gb 1700Mhz
win 7 64bit

and when i play BF4 , the cpu usage is around 40% , RAM usage is 4Gb and GPU usage is 70%

so i should be fine ? or one of them will bottleneck ?

Are your framerates acceptable while playing? You're obviously not maxing out any particular component, so as long as your temps look good, and your playability is smooth, I'd say you're more than fine.

yes the framerates are ok but i was wondering if my cpu was not strong enough and i changed the setting from medium to ultra , the graphic will not change ? or it will change and bring fps very low ?

Yeah medium to ultra is a significant leap. Play now and report back with your findings.

Try it, we can't tell you much otherwise.

There will always be a bottleneck, but vsync limits the FPS to 30, 60, 120 or 240-depending on the screen you have. Most of the time it is 60, and because your GPU is only producing 60 frames per second, it is not be used to the fullest potential. Which is good, less heat, and less CPU usage.
But without it, you will be GPU bottlenecked if you GPU is at 100% or CPU bottleneck if it is at 95-100%.

But that is why vsync exists-and to prevent breaks and tearing.

But a 770 in SLI should be plenty for ultra. Not to sure how that CPU runs, but it should be fine.

Edit: I'd recommend 6-8GB RAM for this game, it likes RAM :)

so if my cpu usage is below 80% its ok ? there will be no problem with playing on highest setting ? if yes then do i need to turn on vsync then ?

and my RAM usage is only 4gb why would i need more ram ?

You've misunderstood my post :)
Just put it on high or ultra and see how it performs, and vsync is always nice to have enabled.

i dont know if this is bottleneck or not but when i play with even more than 60 Fps , sometimes when i move the mouse the scene lags
so what is it ? cpu bottleneck ? because my cpu usage is like 40% !

(My fps doesn't go below 40 AT ALL , so is this still a cpu bottleneck or what )

  • Log your CPU usage, and monitor your GPU usage. It can be either, in some cases it could be from slower RAM or just RAM in general. It can be from a few things.
    But first-monitor your system.
(I've mentioned how to do it in my tutorial on benchmarking-> http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-1873741/benchmark-sy... )
[I still have to clean it up and add to it]

But 40 FPS isn't even bad
