For how long has it been doing that?
What were the symptoms just before it starting doing that?
What were you doing when you first noticed?
Have you ever changed any BIOS settings, like OC?
How old are the components, esp. PSU?
Is the system physically clean? No insects/webs/dustballs/hairballs, etc?
Have you ever opened the case up? Replace components?

This just happened last night. There were no symptoms the night before. I had taken the side off to clean it with compressed air and when I plugged it back in, the issue started. The computer is only about six months old. The only hardware I changed was the GPU. That was about a month ago. Ran fine until now. I checked all the cables and everything seems to be plugged in.

Make sure the PSU is capable of handling the GPU. That means it has to have some redundancy built in, not running all the time at it's limits.

I don't know much about computers but my CPU is an i5 quad core 3550k? Idk something like that then my GPU is a gtx 560 ti then my PSU is a thermaltake tr2 500w. And there is 16 gigs of 1600 ram in there with a 1tb hdd and an SSD. Maybe that was too much for the PSU?

Check to make sure you didn't loosen any connections. Something may be shorting out and the computer is shutting down in order to protect itself from damage.

Well I checked all wiring and connections and all looks well. Problem still persists though.
