As the title more or less described it, i store my main games on the SSD "2" because it is very small, now i started installing games on my HDD and i noticed that it will cause HUGE lag spikes in the game and i have tested this by pulling the game over to the SSD just to confirm my theory was true which it was... now my question is, is there a way to make the lag stop and still utilize the HDD for games too?

Check the power options for the hard drive (Power options in control panel) It may be that windows is putting the mechanical hard drive to sleep, and whenever it needs to access it, it has to spin it up taking some time. (control panel -> power options -> edit power options -> advanced settings -> turn off hard disk after 0)
