d686 310683680, nothing so far on anything, using windows xp. Haven't been able to find anything and the "ethernet controller" SM Bus controller and VGA controller isn't working (Marked with the yellow ?). Please do help, I've been trying to fix this issue for the last 2 days after replacing the cpu.

No wonder you are having problems finding drivers. The Phoenix Award V600pg is a BIOS chip & configuration utility. It doesn't have or need drivers!

In the case of factory-built computers, you need to go to the computer or laptop manufacturer's website and download drivers for your PC/laptop model.

Or, in the case of a custom-built/home-built rig, download the drivers from the motherboard maker's website. You need to know the make & model of the actual motherboard.

Even after getting a usb to ethernet and connecting online and going to the website for the system/bios i wasn't able to update any of them. Having several friends who understand stuff about pc's and knowing quite a bit myself, it's still a mystery, but as it stands, using the usb to ethernet works just fine.
