ASUS Republic of Gamers G750JW-DB71 5400 rpm to 7200 rpm?

I will be purchasing the ASUS Republic of Gamers G750JW-DB71 wich comes with a 1tb 5400 rpm hard drive. does it makes sense upgrade to a 7200 rpm? I will be using it for mostly music production and occasional gaming (when i'm bored and there's nothing else to do). Or maybe a secondary 7200 rpm for my plugins and samples and stuff? any suggestions?

There will be minimal speed difference between 5400 and 7200rpm drives. So goes for work and gaming. So its your call.

And yes you could use a secondary drive for stuffs and for backup purposes, its a good idea.

thank you for your help. the reason being is this come with an i7 haswell and 12gbs of ram and i wanted to make the most out of it but if there isn't that much of a difference, ill just save my money :).
