Windows deactivates itself when I use my Ethernet port?

I usually use my USB wireless adapter to connect to my router, but since I have purchased a power-line adapter (so I can receive a more reliable connection and possibly faster speeds) and then using it, my Windows 7 deactivates itself immediately and tells me it's not genuine.

What is odd, is that I inserted my USB wireless adapter in to my computer again afterwards and Windows has automatically activated itself again. And as soon I use my Ethernet port, it deactivates itself every time.

Windows has come up with the watermark in the bottom right corner of the desktop claiming it is not genuine, and I often get up messages from Windows telling me that I may be a victim of software counterfeiting.

Yes, my copy of Windows 7 Professional is genuine, it's an OEM version instead of the retail one.

Any solutions?

Thanks

It is reading the same product key of two different IP's is the only thing I can see happening. Maybe a phone call to MS will solve the problem.
