new memory now beeps

just replaced memory now when i turn it on it beeps in rapid secession, just need to know what i could do to find out why it beeps

What you're hearing is a BIOS beep code. It's telling you what is wrong, most likely a bad RAM module. Look up the appropriate beep code on the OEM website of your MB.
