Hi everyone just have a few questions regarding Cpu,stock cooler and overclocking.

After watching this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0z6faMDGMsQ i've come to the conclusion that i don't need to buy an 8350 over an 8320 or a hyper 212 evo for that matter,am i wrong for thinking this. I'm kinda tight on my budget and am looking for some head room,so i decided to either get cheaper cpu and/or remove third party cooler.

I guess my question is,from a gaming stand point,is it worth it to buy a third party cpu cooler or to overclock at all.

my build so far http://pcpartpicker.com/p/21gYy

Thank you for reading.

I got just got the 8320 and that 99fx Evo board. I had the 970 board before that but couldn't overclock much on it at all. After switching boards I have hit 4.6ghz without much tweaking.

I would go for the Evo 212 though, stock cooling sucks even for stock, it's a good $30 investment.

As for the board, drop it down to the 99fx evo instead. Only real difference is the crossfire pci lanes. Pro, you get 16/x16, Evo you get 8x/8x. If you're not going to crossfire or not going to crossfire two massive titans that MIGHT need the 16x/16x setup, you'll save $30 there on the motherboard. don't go for the 970 though.

Actually the boards are the same price right now,and my question is from a gaming stand point is it worth getting the 8350 and overclocking it. My mind almost made up any why,to save the money gonna stick with 8320 and stock speeds. Unless of course you can tell me why i shouldn't .Besides the fact of how easy it is to overclock the cpu

Thanks a lot
