I must say you that your laptop dont accept windows 8.1 so try windows 8 drivers on it i think it will work normaly. Down there you have "Realtek LAN " Download that and install

i did it but now when i log in to Steam it loads and than it disappears

Then the only way is to download all drivers for you laptopp go 1 by 1
From this site: http://www.msi.com/product/nb/CX70.html#/?div=Driver&os...

Download:
Intel(R) Chipset
Atheros Bluetooth AW-NB100H
Intel Bluetooth-Intel Canyon Peak Centrino Wireless-N135 + BT4.0
Realtek Card Reader
NVIDIA GeForce GT 730M/710M/645m/640M/635M/630M
Realtek LAN
Elantech Multi Touchpad
Atheros Wireless Lan - AW-NB100H
Intel Canyon Peak Centrino Wireless-N135/130 + BT4.0
Camera
Intel USB 3.0 driver
Radio Switch

Say me weather you get any different stuff.

Hello TiborSK.
From other replies, it appears that there may be more than one cause for this problem. In my case, it turned out to be Norton Internet Security. I had upgraded from Win 8.0 Pro to Win 8.1 Pro in mid-October, and then from NIS2013 to NIS2014 (version 21.1.0.18) on the same day. Everything seemed to work fine until earlier this week when Windows updates were released. I then experienced the extreme slow-downs described by others.

After unsuccessfully trying several of the possible solutions recommended on a couple of forums, I encountered some Norton error messages. Eventually, I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling NIS2014, and now everything seems to be back to normal.

Good luck!
