Guys hey I would like to know if these 2 would bottleneck or not and also knowing what PSU
would be good for me around how many Watts i will need,i have an asrock Mobo and 8gb ram

Depends on the game and resolution really, but at 1080p the combination should play most games very well. I'd expect the GPU to become a bottleneck later down the line, but that is better than a CPU bottleneck with that CPU, as you won't have to upgrade the mobo to replace the GPU.

Well ill be maybe rarely playing Bf 3 or 4 counterstrike path of exile those kinda stuff sometimes also stuff like batman etc
